When Biden pardons himself, Liz Cheney, Jack Smith, etc. for all the crimes they committed but haven’t yet been charged with, it needs to be challenged.
Cannot wait to hear the retards on the left discuss Biden pardoning himself for all the crimes he committed being totally above board, after all the bullshit ink they spilled about presidents having immunity from prosecution for actions in furtherance of their duties as president.
If a president can pardon himself for crimes he hasn’t been charged with, that’s starts to get towards the level of federal immunity the stupid dumbasses on the left thought the Trump immunity case explained existed.
That’s another great avenue for challenge of the commutations and pardons for crimes that have been charged/convicted.
To the bitter end, this horrific Presidency keeps reminding Americans that democrats don’t view them as people, only as a hierarchy of competing identities.
How can any decent human being support Biden at this point?
Crazy to think about it that way. Someone decided, not that the death penalty was wrong, but that there were specific child rapists and murderers they wanted to save. And Biden doesn’t have the mental capacity or awareness to second guess that decision before his signature is stamped on the pardon.

Yeah, I am in agreement. My point is, what does it matter if it's Biden, Hillary, Obama, Kamala, whomever. If anyone who has voted democrat in the past has any doubts now about how completely jacked up the party is, look no further than this decision.
