I find it very difficult to understand how any city can get and keep enough good cops. With the lawlessness in today's world, who would want the job? You never know what you will face when you go to work. You never know when there will be a split second decision that could mean life or death for someone. Make an honest mistake and you will be in big trouble, plus it will effect you emotionally for the rest of your life.
