Thanks for proving my point. Hillary should have been the target, she was in charge and she's the reason those men died. The entire thing ended up being a whitewash; whether deliberately or due to incompetence doesn't matter - Gowdy is as useless as nipples on a breastplate.
I mean, Trump married somebody like Melania...look who Slick Willie married...makes sense.
She should have but one congressman on a committee doesn't get to decide such things. Especially not one that iirc was still pretty new. Gowdy rose greatly in popularity because of his visceral undressing of comey and others.
I understand why people want gaetz, i really do. It will be satisfying to watch him get fiery and go scorched earth. That's vengeance and wont play well with independent voters that just came back to the gop.
Trump can achieve the exact same goal by appointing someone that will aggressively go after these people for their breaking of numerous laws.
Its a difference in messaging and one that will cost midterm votes.
