"Y'all?" Har! I'm an Agnostic. But I'm sure that is bewildering if I'm not some rabid Christianphobe. I'm grateful to have been raised by a Christain family and live in Christian majority nation. Then again, so are a few of my Cuban coworkers, and my Chinese neighbor across the street whose family escaped from those glorious secular hellholes that the thick keep wanting to repeat.
He is an atheist so he does not have morals or morality. It is situational ethics in his case...but I take your point.
He tries to argue that the constitution is the giver of rights when in fact we retain all rights until they are litigated. IOW, you only have the rights that are specifically enumerated in the Constitution. The Constitution is not a list of Positive Rights as he tries to argue. It is a list of Negative Rights that prevent the Govt from stepping on our throats.
He is trying to argue in error that Roe gave a right that was taken away. I point to Dred Scott as a counter. There was a right to own a slave until there wasn't.

3. When you’re still miserable and realize that it wasn’t Biden making you that way, who will you blame?

Why would that matter? Some babies that get SS #s don't live to adulthood, or long enough to pay into SS. What evidence of legal personhood do you think this is?
