These are the people who said Trump was destroying norms.

Now she calls for one branch of government to be destroyed over rulings she doesn’t like.

A complete moron.

You should really take your own advice more often. The brain donation to science was brilliant have you talked to anyone about that yet? You could be the worlds first living brain donor! Just think of the honor that would come from that amongst your liberal colleagues?
He doesnt qualify for a brain donation unfortunately. They cant find his.

Regarding France: 1- this is the inevitable result of importing the 3rd world. They will tear down the West either from the bottom, or from the top if they enter government. 2- France is rapidly approaching martial law and shoot on sight orders.
If that's what it takes, sounds good.

Actually, the PERCENTAGE of births to unmarried white women from 1990 to the end of Obama's presidency nearly doubled among white women (approximately 15% to 28%) as compared to the same rate for black women which remained fairly static (about 67% to 69%.)
You'll never guess what demographic contributed most to that 13% increase.

It's sad but true. We see what certain cultures do when left to their own devices. Changing geography doesn't change that.

The correct answer is to leave people where they are unless they perform certain hurdles in their homeland which shows they will assimilate. Otherwise they stay where they are. Short of colonization, it's literally the only way.

Yes it sounds harsh. No it isn't warm and fuzzy. But it is the only way to achieve the desired outcome.

Hey, can you please quote his Dobbs concurrence? I know you read it and understand it, but I would just like to see it. Thanks.
I dunno why you want me to do the work when you could look it up yourself but here it is. Thomas's concurrence begins on page 117. Here's the relevant portion I was referring to:

"For that reason, in future cases, we should reconsider all of this Court’s substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell. Because any substantive due process decision is “demonstrably erroneous,” Ramos v. Louisiana, 590 U. S. ___, ___ (2020) (THOMAS, J., concurring in judgment) (slip op., at 7), we have a duty to “correct the error” established in those precedents, Gamble v. United States, 587 U. S. ___, ___ (2019) (THOMAS, J., concurring) (slip op., at 9)."

He says, "all of this Court’s substantive due process precedents," and then proceeds to list all of them except Loving v. Virginia, interracial marriage, which was decided on the same grounds. And conveniently applies to him personally.

So, your queen and your nemesis share the same story. She probably benefitted more, because the schools were just starting to toy with affirmative action when Thomas went to law school. But, Yale and Harvard accepted him.
So are you trying to say that affirmative action or racially based admissions policies did not factor in Thomas being accepted into Harvard and Yale, For the record, you're saying that Thomas got into both Harvard and Yale, on his own merits. Be specific and clear.
The ABA is an activist arm of your political liars
How silly your arguments are. Conservatives are so void of intellectual depth and honesty that all they have left is attacking people institutions that threaten their narrow world view. Liars can be taken to mean those that disagree with my reactionary and hateful world view. No wonder you won't disavow nutty conspiracy theories like Qanon and The Great Replacement.

You don’t have to play the race card when racists are attacking you. Joe Biden being one of the key racists of that group. Your support for racists places you on the wrong side of history. Congrats.
OOPS! Wrong again. Thomas played the race openly and without hesitation for the world to see. Thomas was accused-and I am sure rightly, by another African American. of sexual harassment. In that she was more credible. than he was, he had to play the race card as a desperate attack to proceed with his nomination.
More of your attack on the black man who refuses to bow to your ideology. Sad.
Sadder still, is you know everything I typed about him is true, but you believe if you engage in enough intellectual self pleasure that somehow, the truth will start being whatever you believe it be. Thomas has been proven to be on the take for years, and like any garden variety crime bought judge, get's paid in monthly installments.
Oh, Mad, you deny having privilege in your life? What is your race?
That's really none of your business, is it? What difference does it make?
Thanks for the belly laugh. Always something in your ugly word salads to make me laugh.
And yet..you have to formulate your flawed ideas, assign them to me, and then congratulate yourself for knocking them down. Your arguments are as hollow as your intellec
What initiated this discussion? Remind me. Your racist attacks on Thomas? I think we covered that.
As we both know, my attacks on Thomas have nothing to do his race and everything to do with his history of playing the race card, his slimy partisanship, his seizing of opportunities for himself that he would deny others, and, of course his unsavory and unethical practice of accepting lavish gifts from those he can benefit. No principled conservative or liberal, black or white would fail to understand this. And yet..for what an odious, hypocritical man he appears to be, I still didn't feel any inclination to refer to him as an "ape" or a "monkey" as conservatives referred to Mrs. Obama. Why? because I'm not a sick, conspiracy nut job, like so many of your kind.

So according to your logic, is that ALL on Michelle Obama? Seems like there were a lot of white politicians from between 1990 and 2014 and a whole sh'load of them were Republicans.

But wait...there's even more. When did this dramatic change really occur? In 1965 the rate of unwed mothers was about 24 percent for black women and about three percent for white women. So from 1965 to 2016 we see an dramatic raise in black single mothers, (the rate somewhat less then than tripled) but we see a SKYROCKING increase in white single moms (increasing just slightly less than ten times. over).

Is this all result of Democratic policy? Only if you assume we have had solely Democratic Presidencies and Congresses since then. Check this out, however...between 1965 to 1990 (the largest increase in African American unwed mothers (from about 24%- 67%) we had seven years of Democratic Presidencies compared to TWENTY years of Republican Presidencies. Perhaps those 20 years would have been a good time to take a good look at our soaring birth rate crisis.

It's a lot easier to just cherry pick and shoot from the hip as you did however.
Do you get paid by the word? Try readind AND understanding my post. LBJ. (great society) is clearly the 60's I referenced. That era is pivotal in destroying the black family structure.

I didn't blame MO. I said she squandered an opportunity to do something about black children being born to single mothers. She chose school lunch instead. READ.

Math is hard. 28% <<<< 66% The greatest indicator of poverty is whether you have dad in the household.

The dems failed socialist war on poverty became the war on the black family structure. The stats are clear.

Oh, Mad, you deny having privilege in your life? What is your race?
You specifically said that I had been the beneficiary of programs that I would now undo if I could. You then claimed that you were sure you were right and proceeded to use that argument as a defense for CT being the beneficiary of policies that he now has denied for others. You conveniently left the out of your response.

So what policies are these. Conveniently you scrubbed that off of your response to my remarks, but I'm still curious..what policies have I benefitted from that I now wish to undo?

Ffs, why do the mods dump other threads in here, and we all wind up with self congratulating idiots who bloviate and pontificate endlessly, and try and bring up arguments from 3 years ago like we've never discussed the issues here?

After nearly 600,000 posts, and you get dreadlox and madaboutblue in here suddenly arguing like it's 2020?

Balderdash.

Wouldn't be so bad, but they are like Dion. Have to post about the same things endlessly. We all already know your opinions. Basically every liberal is lock, stock, and two smoking barrels of the same hive mind. And utterly idiotic.

I read and understood your post-it's the same "shoot from the hip" cherry picked statistics conservatives have been using for the past 50 years. Funny that you would accuse a non elected woman of SQUANDERING an opportunity to push back the trend of unwed white and black mothers that twenty years of Nixon, Ford, Reagan and Bush failed to address.

IT'S A CONSPIRACY! IT'S THE DEEP STATE! It's the message board equivalent of The Great Replacement Theory!
Where's Q, or at least Alex Jones, when you really need him most????

Here's a confederate flag and a torch, ..now you can march down the streets of Lexington shouting as a group. "The Libs will not replace us! The Libs will not replace us!"

I'm a registered Democrat and have been my whole life. Move along, leftist.

You're making the entire country hate normal kennedy-clinton style democrats with your frothing mad partisanship.

Time for desantis to drop out or he’s toast for 2028. Entire political career could end. No way after the courts rulings that trump isn’t the nominee. Why even fight it? I mean he would have had a track if libs had left trump alone. But the media and libs subconsciously want trump back in the White House because they love to hate. Things go bad when the guy you want to prosecute wins re-election. Libs many here who can’t stop talking since day 1 about the guy you gave power to this guy so thank yourselves when he wins instead of blaming his supporters.

Here's a speculative thread idea. States are itching to break up. Blue states are tired of the bellyaching red states. Go.

Ground rules. Required to leave the existing USA. Each state to leave must come up with 60% of the vote. No gerrymander. Every adult over 18 gets to vote. You could change that to 2/3.

Which states would leave. Which would stay.

Big question. Would the two economic powerhouses of red states -- Texas and Florida -- leave? Red states are traditionally poorer than blue states. Would Texas want to be the sow nursing its red state piglets?

Would any state actually want to leave when it came right down to it? Other than insane Idaho, I mean.

Would the Great Plains states, addicted to farm subsidies, leave for the more uncertain, poorer Red America?

Would Kentucky waffle as it did in 1861?

What would it look like in 20 years? 50?

Don't be ruled by your own preference. Imagine what each state's broader interests are.

And, yes, before you ask, I am a Trump fan. Thought he was about the most moderate republican running in 16. A far far better candidate than the neo-con warmonger Hillary.
You just referred to yourself as a Clinton Democrat then said you didn’t vote for her. So what’s so great about her husband and terrible about her? Bill was the exact same neo-lib warmonger.

I wasn't a huge fan of bill either, but he was a decent president policy wise as to some things. In 92-98. Today's world (in 16) was totally different, thanks mostly to woke idiots like yourself?

Good enough for ya?

So you wouldn’t’ve voted for Bill either in 2016? So you’re not really a Democrat at this point are you? You say yourself you barely were one 25 years ago. That’s almost longer than I’ve been alive. You’re more in the minority in the Democratic Party than the RINOs are in the Republican Party.

Speaker Gingrich and the Republicans drug Bill across the finish line screaming and whining.
