In every instance where they have been in front of a judge (often times Trump appointed judges) they have been tossed out of court on their heads... so are we just supposed to hand over the election to Trump because of a whole string of failed lawsuits and roundly disputed "evidence" that is debunked as fast as it is pulled out of someone's rearend? The ultimate end game isn’t to even try to get counts in states overturned necessarily. I think the end game is to cast enough doubt in what took place that the SCOTUS eventually rules that the election was fraudulent or illegitimate and leaves it up to the states to ratify. In that case republicans have 26 states to democrats 24.
