Question: In PA the state constitution says only the state legislature can change/revise election and voting laws. Are other states like Michigan the same way? Seems like the State Supreme Courts overstepped their authority here.....

This is is the best proof in all these states, but trump's legal team is digging up affidavits of this and that. Imo the data piece ties all this together and gets them into the discovery process where they can unearth some of these ballots and registrations.
Much like Cameron and co botched their lockdown challenge by not arguing the data, so too is Trump's team dropping the ball.
