Just maddening to me, why normal everyday people who function in society pretty well for the most part can’t see that, can’t reason, cant use the simplest form of logic, cant look at actual data, etc.

The amount of propaganda and brainwashing going on around the world is at a level imo never experienced on this earth before. People are hiding from a cold with a 99.98 survival, calling police on their friends, isolating from family, going broke, etc. Unreal.

In all seriousness, I pray for this world if there is ever a pandemic that breaks out with a 90% survival rate. I totally understand that it can be lethal, and I have a possibility of dying from it. But, I'm not going to change my life based on a chance of dying from a disease with over a 99% survival rate. I lost a good friend during the lockdowns due to suicide. I firmly believe the lockdown played a role, and that we will never know the true toll of the lockdown on things such as suicides, ODs, spousal abuse, and child abuse to name a few. As many have said, the 'cure' can be worse than Covid itself.

It's true. They used tried and true social programming in pushing all this. Social media just made it way more effective.

"We're all in this together" was a very deft appeal to humans basic decency to protect their neighbor. That was one of the keys to the framing of masks protecting others instead of the wearers. Studies show people are much more likely to comply when given direction they think helps others.

Plus it's a key part of the legal analysis. If the mask was for the wearer, then it's a matter of individual choice. But if it's worn to protect others....then it's a matter of public health. Way different standard.

And noone ever asked to see the science behind how the same piece of material somehow stops something from getting out when it can't stop it from coming in.

Would be rare for you to not be able to get it if it’s 401k - and especially if you are terminated.
