My daughter's young family didn't benefit from it. They struggled to make ends meet just to pay for the mandatory coverage. They had to pay for most of the hospital bills for my first grandson being born out of pocket because of such shitty coverage. But at least a low income deadbeat is covered.

He did what he could. He eliminated the individual mandate. It takes cooperation from the house and senate to make drastic changes. If the RINOs in congress didn't obstruct his first 2 years, he might have been able to change it then.
