But I think that my peronal favorite is when, in the middle of a pandemic, without any notification, he seized millions from NYC's fund for 9/11 first responders, suddenly defunding treatment for many, many suffering heroes. It's bad enough that he lied about personally pulling victims from the rubble at ground zero, but to screw so, so many suffering police officers, firefighters, and other who actually did is just spectacular.
