Wrong again. That's not how it works
I'm sure you are smarter than Clarence Thomas.

I recognize that the “burdens on governmental processes” that the Appointments Clause imposes may “often seem clumsy, inefficient, even unworkable.” INS v. Chadha, 462 U. S. 919, 959 (1983). Granting the President unilateral power to fill vacancies in high offices might contribute to more efficient Government. But the Appointments Clause is not an empty formality. Although the Framers recognized the potential value of leaving the selection of officers to “one man of discernment” rather than to a fractious, multimember body, see The Federalist No. 76, p. 510 (J. Cooke ed., 1961), they also recognized the serious risk for abuse and corruption posed by permitting one person to fill every office in the Government, see id., at 513; 3 J. Story, Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States §1524, p. 376 (1833). The Framers “had lived under a form of government that permitted arbitrary governmental acts to go unchecked,” Chadha, supra, at 959, and they knew that liberty could be preserved only by ensuring that the powers of Government would never be consolidated in one body, see The Federalist No. 51, p. 348. They thus empowered the Senate to confirm principal officers on the view that “the necessity of its co-operation in the business of appointments will be a considerable and salutary restraint upon the conduct of ” the President. The Federalist No. 76, at 514; 3 Story, supra, §1525, at 376–377. We cannot cast aside the separation of powers and the Appointments Clause’s important check on executive power for the sake of administrative convenience or efficiency. See Bowsher v. Synar, 478 U. S. 714, 736 (1986).

Why is not Hillary, Obama, Joy Reid, Pelosi, Harry Reid, and the list goes on. Special treatment by the far left.

But this guy, according to Trump supporters, carried out a vicious assault on an innocent girl on live TV a few feet from a sitting president. Also, Acosta is hardly as unassailable as most of the establishment names you mentioned above. He's just a network peon.

Scott and DeSantis deserve to lose if they sit idly by and let them steal it. They better be getting some lawyers ready.

I saw Rove on TV late on Tuesday night saying that if any shenanigans started, every republican election lawyer/official/volunteer/etc would converge on Florida and put a stop to it. It seems they need to be getting started now.

They are on top of this. This is not unexpected. Broward County, Florida pulls stunts like this all the time and everyone knows it. This same county tried to screw up the 2000 presidential election. It is who they are and they will have a fight on their hands.

GOP just playing them at their own game to call out their hypocrisy.

Lol at libs and cnn claiming the white house is lying. THEN THEY TWEETED THE VIDEO SHOWING IT ACTUALLY HAPPENED, all while still saying its a lie.

Bizarre

So whats going on with that country ending caravan? not one word about it since the weekend. now that election season is over we won't hear about it again and the border troops will quietly go home.

Dems no longer need them for political stunts. So I'd say they're on the island of misfit political ploys, along with trump Moore and kavanaugh accusers

Oh, yay. More Constitutional law lessons from Platinum.

Remember, folks. Platinum is the guy who cited a case from 1844 and claimed it settled the interpretation of a Constitutional Amendment which was ratified in 1868.

He has the backing of CNN money as did Reid and many others and their mouth piece. This karate chop thing is correct when using the definition of the left. Verbal abuse, touching of any kind, and even odd looks by you and the left's definition should have had him arrested or fired. Most on the right would have been. Hell, 30 some odd years ago a high school kid may or may not have touched a girl and they were calling it rape. Be honest about your side's double standard here.

They shoulda been on it Tuesday. It will suck if they assumed victory while the broward county dems pulled shenanigans

The only problem with that is Americans are going to see the crazy level of corruption that Republicans have hidden over the past two years. ..

You guys are excited for a Christie or Graham AG? they are just a fattass and homo version of Sessions. I would expect Trump to make a much smarter pick than one of those clowns.
You are into their sexual preferences more than me, but otherwise I agree. BTW, where do you meet with them?

Bay County is a place where real, honest, people live. Broward is the exact opposite. The counties are as different as Texas and and California. Broward never plays by the rules and is the transplant home of New Yorker Debbie Wasserman Schultz. Her thugs are in charge of elections down there and they never play by the rules in a state wide election. Never. In a close election you can count on them coming up with lost votes. It is a common joke down here but it is getting old.

The state should move in and take over this outlaw county. They have proven they can not govern and all power should be taken from them. Their goal is to over turn the election results. They have everything in motion to make it happen. And we all know it. This is a disgusting woman.

Overtown. Shots ring out. They find a man on the sidewalk - shot. EMS rushes him to the hospital ... but he dies. The victim was 21 year old Anthony Jones but his street name was "Killer." He leaves behind two sons and four daughters. He had a lengthy criminal record but, according to his family, "he was turning his life around." The street was crowded that hot evening but, unfortunately, there were no witnesses.
