Listening to the local news this morning the Florida race is not over. In the governor's race they are finding votes in South Florida and now are headed to re-count territory. Thousands suddenly show up and the are all democrats. The senate race will go to re-count also.

I don't think I have ever been more disappointed in a politician than Sessions. He appeared to be actively working against what was right and cover up the fraud and lawlessness in the Justice Department.
The results are I have zero confidence in the U.S. Justice Department and F.B.I. Both departments need a total house cleaning and make over. Get the politics out of it and that might be impossible based on the current mess we are in. If anyone can do it Trump can.

Sessions did his part, man. He had to remain "impartial" to keep the fire away while he worked. I have no ill will. Trump uses folks for specific needs and then replaces then as needed, and he's done that with his cabinet since the beginning. Sessions quietly prepared all those indictments in the background so Whit could come in and be the hammer. I'm holding opinion till the dust settles. If Sessions' perceived lack of action lends to suring up those indictments to a bullet-proof status, I'm down. If/when that doesn't happen, I'll join the mob against Jeff. If your scenario leans more to the truith, that would be a "loose" move by Trump. The loosest so far in a tenure of pinpoint accuracy in nearly all other facets of personnel, and I just can't see that.

I don't know that all KY counties use electronic scanning of paper ballots, but I can't imagine a better system: paper backup to scans inside locked scanner, no machine connection to any network - their reader cards hand-delivered to county clerk's office, quick voting - longest time are lines to sign in & get ballots such that 3,5,7 people can be voting at same time per one scanner.
Anyone claiming voter ID suppresses votes needs their heads examined. 1/2 to 3 hour long lines are way more likely to cause people to say f it.

These will be paper ballots? If so, they should be seized and tested... and if every single one of them do not have a separate (the specific individual voter, right?) identifying fingerprint on them, it will indicate fraud. If there are thousands of "found" votes, there had better be thousands of non-matching fingerprints to go with them... not just the same few from people sitting around punching D on them.
