New report out that Comey, during closed a door congressional hearing, testified, under oath, that even though Flynn lied to the FBI, the FBI didn't think it was purposely misleading or deliberate.

You seem to have major comprehension issues.The Senate rule is written that in order to get a simple majority legislation must not add to the deficit after 10 years, making individual tax cuts temporary and set to expire. Whether that happens or not is of no concern to me and never has been. It's something you made up to fit your agenda driven desire to defend republicans on this issue. Obviously you will go to great lengths to do this on a regular basis.
