I'm fascinated at the left's attempt to rewrite history that wasn't even that long ago. They have tried to claim the parties switched. Tried to act like they were the ones against slavery and fought for giving women the right to vote.
They now claim Charles Manson was far right? He was closer to conservatism? A deranged Satanic cultist and environmentalist hippy musician who loved socialism and freaked over the planet and wanted a race war?

Economic angles to politics aren't my strongest point
But here's an interesting local article from Seattle where the city recently tried to pass a new tax on "The Rich".....
And it was legally challenged immediately and (IIRC) shot down - and noted as having been a product of several broken laws JUST TO GET UP FOR A VOTE
Suspiciously absent from this article (hope I didn't over look anything) is any mention of Specific leadership from THE CITY and where they stand on this
That's at least in part because Seattle's mayor was one of Many Criminally Insane pedophiles that was charged and had to answer/address up to 5 witnesses who came forward about his abuse of them as Children,
He was also originally on the who's who invite list to the Vatican when Pope MarxDerFeuhrer had individual mayors in to talk ... Climate Change
