On a side note (both political and westerns related)...back in '19 and '20 I recorded every episode of Gunsmoke. Been watching them the last week or so. Cold out...snow on the ground...no grass to mow and property to maintain.....renters of one of our properties haven't moved out yet....so I've got a lot more time on my hands this time of year.
It's amazing looking back just a few years how much commercials have changed. 1) of course the demographics after St. Floyd and 2) man, if possible, commercials have gotten worse/woke/stupid in '24, 25 than just 5 years ago.

Besides, some of us are thrilled to pay more for eggs and cereal in the meantime if it means reversing a foreign invasion and staving off federal bankruptcy. Priorities.

Did the math. That would be over 600,000 deportations a year if they do deport 1800 a day. Would be about 2 or 3 million deported in 4 years. President Vance can deport the rest during his 8 years.
Couple things (and I don’t know why I’m stating this as we all know you’re simply trolling):
1) Everyone knows that Trump can’t cause the price of an egg to fall in a week, especially as a disease killing off the birds eggs come from is hurting the egg industry.
2) Stock market doesn’t mean the economy is strong. If it did you wouldn’t be complaining about the price of an egg.

If you think that things like buying power, inflation, wage gains, etc are all part of the economy, then no, the stock market does not mean the economy is great. If it did then inflation wouldn’t have sky rocketed and the average family wouldn’t have seen their buying power drop like it did during the Biden years.
Also, I don’t know the context of whatever quote you keep saying Trump said, but my guess is he and his team meant that they will start working on day one to lower the cost of goods, eggs included. And based on the cost cost of goods during each of their terms (Trump as pres, Kamala as VP), I trust Trump more to do that than Kamala.
