People are literally walking 100s of miles and risking their life, most of the time it's in hopes of giving their family a better life. If you let them stay, its reinforcing their primary incentive.
There should be zero incentive to come here illegally. Once all incentives are removed, that alone will take care of a chunk of illegal immigration.

Even as a coworker, id much rather share an office with a family focused person who shows up, is competent, and doesn't create drama.
If you hire a recent American graduate, they have insane expectations like crazy salary and/or 4 day work week, all while constantly reporting people to hr because they got triggered, and endlessly spouting politics into everything.

The only benefit to this would be to overhaul the system to prevent future problems and finding those mainly responsible (complicit) in every state and imprison them for a good while. Overturning the election (will not happen) would do nothing for the people of the United States and would be wasted time and effort.
