Was on the phone yesterday with one of my twin sons who is a very far left leaning whacko. He believed in everything the left and academia spouts. He spent many years in college after high school and is now 42 years old wondering what is going on. He wanted to be a professor in college, but a few professors told him it would be better he didn't because the pay sucked for most part and things have changed too much. He has since been working for Apple in Knoxville for about 10 years or so now and up until this last phone call our conversations were confrontational due to his very liberal stance.
Something changed. He was a big save the environment advocate, UBI, social justice warrior, government will save us etc... kind of person. Yesterday's conversation went by the way of preparing for the downfall of the economy (already in progress because of current government he added) the EV industry, plus the recycle industry have all been lying to us. He is now into being self-reliant going into the future as far as food and other necessities and that people needed to prepare for the downfall of society. We did not get into all of the details for his change of heart but Jesus and his dealings with the Romans was mentioned by him.
There was a lot more, but it would take too much time to type it here. There is hope for him yet.
The real numbers will come out by next summer. Once they get some real business guys in Dept of Labor we'll be able to see how bad they were fudging the numbers. 12,000 jobs in Oct... Not a peep from the media.

Perfect example. Graham had his hearing on FBI abuse of power and made referrals to the DOJ and only 3 people were fired and they all ended up getting millions in back pay and cushy cnn gigs. It's all a joke until people actually go to jail. You can't lie on a warrant to frame someone and just get to say "oops". You have to go to jail.
My eldest is/ was that way Sir. She puts people to sleep for a living and has worked real hard to get where she is at. Her political leanings have sickened me since she was in High school. This last election she changed drastically, she messed up voting in some initiatives but voted Republican for the first time ever. Won't go into further details but, there is hope. This one makes three times what my other two children make. (Heck, she makes over twice what I make. I think she has the first dollar she ever made.) They are all in the health care field and I'd have never thought they'd have ever worked in that field. I am thankful...
