This is the kind of stuff that sensible democrat citizens out there (however many there are) need to wake up to. It likely will be found unconstitutional but the caveats are important. You make it seem like they are simply rounding up people arbitrarily. The law requires a complicit relationship and I would agree with the law as written. The enemy within can be deported as enemies of the state.
