Yeah… CNN is setting the stage for replacing Biden. Basically calling for him to remove himself from the race. It’s inevitable.
If he wasn't yelling at dead people in the audience, and pulling his pants down to defecate on the stage, it was a win for him and the party, yes. That's totally different than winning a debate, however.
