You don’t think the Department of Justice would do the same level of criminal background check as the FBI of CIA? That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.
And if you’d ever applied for any type of actual professional or regulatory certification, you’d know you disclose. At minimum you tell them things have been expunged and ask if you should report.

If we accept your generous framing that it’s just unethical (and her swearing under oath she hadn’t ever been arrested wasn’t perjury), it’s that complete and total lack of ethics (that likely bleeds into illegal conduct) that permeates the entire DOJ under Biden.
One day someone is lying under oath about being arrested. The next day they’re framing Trump for crimes in coordination with the White House. Etc. etc.

Forgiving the debt of people who could pay it off on their own makes little sense, until you realize that Biden is buying the allegiance of the class of people who are in position to control the zeitgeist …children of wealthier families who sit at the levers of power in media, secondary education, and of course, civil service.
The communists don’t need the ultra wealthy or the workers to control government. They need these “community organizers”.
And so government, and media, and education- the institutions that used to command all of our respect and faith- will, more and more, fall in line with progressive orthodoxy.
