So, May’s inflation numbers are out. They were projected to be a very bad 8.3% but came in much worse at 8.6%. That is the worst since 1981, 41 years ago.
I think Biden has his eyes set on breaking records that go back as far back as 1929. Food and home prices have risen over 10%. Cars and gasoline prices are insane and all time highs. If we keep on this track home sales will probably hit new lows. The only thing going down today is real income.
I am saying this because yesterday I was with a group of people who were discussing the economy and they all said they would be going over finances with a fine tooth comb to see what can be eliminated in their budget and what they can do to keep from going into deep debt. Especially credit card debt.
