When I lived outside Atlanta there were 3 large lakes within an hour and 15 minutes of us. So I had a boat. Knew some people that we went boating together. I don’t know about state income taxes, but gifts are not taxable income to the recipient from a federal tax standpoint. Again, they’re taxable to the person giving the gift if it’s over a certain amount. I think it’s now $20’000 per year but that amount could’ve changed.

I use to post daily over on the D League. I believe it was @UK_fan_41102 who would post every morning some of the most beautiful pictures from all over the world. Looked forward to them every morning. Seemed like every one of them VH would post that he had been there. No matter if it was a French Riviera small fishing village or a small village in the Himalayas....VH was there....stayed in the room on the third floor overlooking whatever. LOL

It was $10,000 and went up to $20,000 a few years ago. I don’t know if it’s been increased more since then.
