Tell you what Jimmy, let’s have a legitimate audit of the 2016 election but also 2020 as well. Whoever wins the audit becomes POTUS in 2024. Never would happen but it is telling how quickly Dems would fold if they had to show their “receipts” to prove they win elections fairly.

Funny how none of the doctors, nurses, or hospital directors in that 60 minutes segment mentioned vaccine mandates as the leading cause for loss of doctors/nurses....but they did talk about frustration with the unvaxxed and conspiracy theorists.

No one wants the VP to simply “pick” the President.
There is a constitutional process, tgat has been followed before. If there is question in the election, and there was whether it was states ignoring election laws or officials changing them unconstitutionally, then throw in the Congress had just started contesting states, he could’ve halted the process.
The VP wouldn’t have “ picked” anything, the Constitition lays out what happens.

It's not the Vice President's duty to certify the Presidential election results...it is the state's duty.
It's not the Vice President's duty to determine whether that state certification process was legal/Constitutional or not....it is up to the courts.
What Trump was trying to do was unconstitutional and Mike Pence was smart enough to know that.

The Russians did try to interfere but at the end of the day, the election was absolutely fair and secure.
The votes were valid even if voters were influenced by Russian propaganda on social media or WikiLeaks.
Russia didn't make people vote for Trump or change the ballots.
Trump absolutely won in 2016.
He also absolutely lost in 2020.
There was nothing being done that wasn’t following the Constitution. The only thing that didn’t follow the Constitution was the election.
In that case the VP, as head of the process can delay the certification. He isn’t “choosing” the President. The Constitution lays out what happens. You’re acting as if the 2020 election was perfectly normal and followed the law as every election prior. It wasn’t, and it didn’t.
In that case there are safeguards put in place by the Constitution to prevent what has happened from happening.

I didn't need to post about the 2016 election. Hillary Clinton conceded the election and never challenged the results in court. Not sure what you are wanting me to condemn.
If you are referring to the Russian election interference investigation....that was investigated by a REPUBLICAN led bipartisan committee and was verified. Russia absolutely interfered by using social media to influence people's opinion on the candidates. Trump absolutely made contact with Russian officials seeking help in defeating Hillary. That was found to be true.
But at the end of the day....the American people voted for who they wanted to vote for. Trump won even if Russia meddled using social media....and Clinton conceded the loss as she should have.

Are you talking about the same pandemic that Trump was calling a "Democrat Hoax" at that same time? Yeah...nobody knew how bad it was going to be at that point.
Trump was under impeachment proceedings for trying to use Ukrainian military aide as leverage to get them to help investigate/smear his political rivals.
Trump should have been impeached for that as well as the Jan 6th riots.
Believe it or not....I would love to see the Republican party return to being a centrist party of fiscal responsibility and not the cult of personality it has become under Trump.
I would vote for a traditional Republican like Mike Pence in a heartbeat over Biden.
