Went to Krogers this afternoon. Now, granted it's supposed to snow tonight...but not a blizzard of epic proportions. And while some people these days panic over an inch or two....most don't.
There was not a single drop of milk in the store. No gallon jugs. No half gallons, No quarts. No whole milk. No 2%. No 1%. No low fat.
Never saw anything like it. Panic buying or supply chain breakdown? Doubt highly that it was all panic buying.

I seem to recall early in this Covid mess....that the idea of lockdowns was by a guy in the CDC or WHO who got the idea from his 12 year old daughter. Don't think I'm wrong on this but can't remember who he was or the agency.

Not sure where you live but it was the same thing here in south Louisville. Store was packed, working short on help, and out of a bunch of stuff.

Is anyone discussing this?

I googled the word “Senator”, and Ben Ray Lujan came up first…. There’s a multitude of articles about Lujun’s stroke (which I haven’t read). One headline blurb I saw indicated he would be out 4-6 weeks for recovery.

My guess is the Democrat establish is still working out their path forward on how to deal with his absence.

4-6 weeks is an ankle injury. They are lying

Germany is now dependent for 50% of its natural gas on Russia. They have been totally compromised as being an ally. We should pull all our ground troops out of Germany and move them to other NATO countries. Why do we have to be the tip of the spear to protect Europe especially Germany?
Germany is most likely major NATO member to ally with Russia. They aren’t footing any bills. We have troops in Germany not to protect Germany rather to protect Europe from Germany.

Hitler annexed German speaking areas like the Sudatenland from the Czechs. The German speaking Czechs were in favor of the move. He didn't move a bunch of Germans into that area except the military. Austria overwhelmingly voted to merge with Germany in 1938. Again there was no German migration into Austria. "Living space" was just an excuse for Germany's land grabs.
Today from Quora:

"Hitler wasn't a German nationalist. Rather, he was a Germanic nationalist. Meaning he wanted to unite all Germanic peoples (except the English and Icelanders) into a single state, which he dubbed the Greater Germanic Reich.

Map of the proposed Greater Germanic Reich.

The Slavs, Balts, etc living in these territories were to be deported, killed and, in some cases, Germanised. After which, they would be replaced by Germanic settlers.

For Hitler, non-German Germanic peoples weren't foreigners. They were an integral part of his plans and were considored equals to Germans."

- Ukraine today wants no part of Russia. Because Russia thinks it has ties makes no difference to the Ukrainians.
- Just in any way how is NATO - a defensive organization - a security threat to Russia? Tell me about the NATO plan to attack Russia. The threat is all in Putin's head, nothing more.
- How was taking over Belorussia a defense of Slavs? It was a power grab, nothing less.

Net, you're a Russia agent.
Not true at all. Ukraine is a 50-50 split. Kyiv is aligned with the west and that’s about the extent. All of eastern Ukraine the region known as Donetsk is heavily allied with Russia. I mentioned earlier Russians have had soldiers in Ukraine since 2013 at the latest. They brought down an airliner with a russian Sam and that’s what caused tensions to simmer down somewhat. The Donetsk republic allowed Russia to operate in their territory and literally all Putin has to do is recognize these areas as independent from Ukraine and no one can do a damned thing. I anticipate this happening before any full scale invasion.

nato is not seen by 2/3 of the world as a defensive organization. After conducting a war in Afghanistan, Libya and involvement in Syria there is a lack of faith in nato throughout the war. Even in this hemisphere. Idk where you come up with these statements when in fact they are far from accurate.

WTF is your problem, dude. Trump isn't president. Biden is. Nice try, though. You're OBSESSED with Trump.
Trump is still holding rallies, talking about pardoning his riot buddies and acting like he's running for President again.
Only thing I'm obsessed with is never having a sitting President that incites riots on our own Capitol then saying he'll let the rioters out of jail.
If Obama had refused to concede an election loss then unleashed thousands of BLM and Black Panther rioters on the Capitol right after his rally speech...then held rallies and told his followers he will pardon the rioters....the hard right posters on here would be stroking out every day.

I need to add for proof of the Ukrainian divide that Víctor yanukovych who was basically ousted in a coup was elected by the Ukrainian people as president. Yanukovych was a strong ally of Putin and was exiled. He now lives in russia. He was elected because the Donbas región basically all of eastern Ukraine went very very heavily for him. Like I said all Putin has to do is recognize Donetsk and Luhansk as independent and that’s it. Nato in your view may be a defensive organization but it’s very much been on the offensive to shutter Russian influence in non NATO Ukraine. That’s not defensive. Again non nato Ukraine. Russia doesn’t want western influence on his border than we want Russia involved with mexico
