I will also add the batteries have a shelf life of maybe ten years while they continually lose their capacity over the years. You'll be forced to replace either the battery or the car and from what I hear the batteries are so expensive that you'll be better off buying a new vehicle. Which brings me to my next question, what does the poor people in our society drive. Their means to have transportation will disappear because they will no longer be able to afford a vehicle. Everything that will be on the road will no older than 10 years old.
