We are on the same side here, so don't feel the need to argue. My point was that his tweets didn't bother me on a personal level, just caused me concern about his election chances. If you feel that concern was unwarranted, well that's ok, and like that's just your opinion man.
Trumps policies were great for the country, but he did two things constantly that bugged me

His tweets and the words chosen and who he picked fights with

The way he went public criticizing the very people he picked under him when they did not do as he wanted. He should have handled all that in private. As business owner like Trump was, he should have known better than that. You simply can not publicly embarrass those you chose to help you and then expect them to have your back. You take it private. Like Sessions, Trump constantly harping on Sessions on tv and tweets, just call him in and fire him privately.

You are being obtuse.
Actually not. I'm just not buying into that if A1 happens that it caused B when it's equally likely that A2 caused B & A2 is nothing related to covid.

What's actually going on is that so many here want to believe A1 caused B & when they're challenged, they erupt over even considering the alternative possibility because they're convinced the former is true even w/o data. Don't care.

Did you actually read the George Mason study? They project the cost at 32 trillion but also project that it would save the country 200 billion per year compared to what we pay now. I don't really want universal healthcare because my company provides one of the best policies in the country. But overall it would be much better for the country if everyone finally had access to healthcare that didn't send them into bankruptcy.

My problem with Trump wasn't his public displays of verbal jousting. It was his simultaneous lack of spine when it came to fighting the Democrats and the deep state, refusal to fire everybody and burn down their little houses. At the end of the day all he ever really did was whine on twitter. You HAVE to back up your words with actions and he came across as a little beyotch.

Wait to AOC invested 1.7 million in a merchandise company. I thought she hated capitalism...imagine how many ppl that could feed in her district. Isn't that the type of thing you're supposed to do with your own money?
How did she go from being a bartender to a millionaire investor in a few short years when the only change in her life was that she became a public servant as a member of Congress?

Like you're not a complete idiot. The glarinlgy obvious fact that Warrior pointed out never even crossed your hopelessly lost mind.

Want to try another "debate" so you can post another link way beyond your comprehension that refutes your own arguments in their entirety?

I applaud those standing. American patriots.

A vote for DeSantis there.

Gotta run to the store and get a few items later for company coming in...so was on Kroger's website checking out something.
Why is something like Doritos eligible for snap/ebt (food stamps)?
Shouldn't food stamps be for good, healthy food and not junk food?
Also went to snap/ebt website and displayed prominently on their site is....'ending hunger and moving people forward to self sufficiency'. Have absolutely no problem helping people when they need help....but how many people/families have been on food stamps for years/decades and always will be?
I know of an old divorced retired guy with a pension & ss who buys all his groceries with food stamps—that he buys from someone on welfare. been going on for at least five plus years that i know of. he pays only a fraction of the value of the stamps.

no shit

The Trump town hall averaged 10.6 million viewers on the NBC broadcast network. On MSNBC, Trump reached 1.74 million viewers, and on CNBC, about 671,000 viewers. So Trump's gross audience across the three channels was 13.1 million, about one million fewer than Biden's audience on ABC alone.

That was my main concern when he was elected (in addition to wondering if he may be a 'closet liberal' and do some things I didn't agree with policywise...he didn't). Being a CEO everyone and I mean everyone does what you say. You can have give and take to make a decision...but once it's made...that's it until it's changed. Government, even the level of President, is a totally different animal. You don't get everything you want and I didn't know how he would handle it. At times, not very well.

Voting is a constitutional right that’s the cornerstone of our entire democracy. That’s a neighborhood cleanup. And as I’ve posted a dozen times, I’m not against a provided ID for security. I just don’t support poll taxes which is what a paid ID requirement is.
Why do you isolate obtaining an ID to being a poll tax, if that's the case it's also a "security" tax, a vehicle operation tax, a tax to receive medical service, a tax to do, well just about anything and everything that requires an ID, which is most everything essential in modern society. Not just a "poll tax". You know you can get a real ID that's good for up to 8 years? In KY, it would cost a person $28 to get a personal ID (not a drivers license) that would be good for 8 years. That's literally an average of $3.50/year to have an ID that allows you to function in normal society. a one time payment of $28.50 is Less than a carton of cigarettes or Equivalent to about 2 cases of beer, and I'm talking Bud Light level beer.

Considering this is a global issue, are there any examples of this strategy being implemented throughout the rest of the world, and if so, what were the results?
The state of Florida went that route earlier than most and seemed to fare pretty well, despite what the CNN and MSNBC's of the world want you to believe because they fear Desantis. I went down there in late June of 2020 for a week in Clearwater and other than having to wear mask in certain places it was largely business as usual. We came home unscathed.

There is just a faction of people who are content with just getting by on whatever they can get handed to them without having to do any work for it.

I do believe everyone should be able to produce ID for voting. I’ve always had to verify who I am (NJ and now MD) If that truly is all that it boils down to then I don’t understand the issue.
Exactly,. What you don't understand is why the liberals Can't win with common sense laws like Voter ID. That's the epitiome of common sense. They need a way to be able to put in fake ballots without some verifiable proof the ballot was cast by an actual citizen.

Yes. The only ones I feel bad for the loss are the three left standing. At least they care.

That is why I am for supporting those families whose parents actually work and are struggling. They should get the assistance and not those who don't work (disabled people who can't get out not included). There really are enough jobs out there if people want to work. Set the bar for the quality of life for those earning just enough to survive higher and then supplement them so they don't have to work 2 or 3 jobs to meet it. They will be home with their families more and that in itself will go a long way to combat youth problems of today. If you are capable to work but don't, you get nothing. Understanding that jobs go away so, allow for some unemployment benefits and or welfare but, very short term. Anyone can get a job out there even if it is not the one you want. If you get assistance mentioned above, you will have time to search for what is out there that is better.

Those that don't work, starve.

Refusing to play for team USA would probably have been a far better form of protest than accepting money, fame and endorsements because the USA is such a great country it has a citizenry that clan blow money watching women run around kicking a ball.
Exactly, they reap the benefits of a country they hate. Should immediately be released from the team and ostracized.

Is there a more privileged place to be a woman more so than the US? Every statistical analysis shows women are more susceptible to trends and going along with the crowd. It takes zero courage to be a leftist. Zeroooooo!
