It was a terrible call, but we earned it.
I agree it was questionable. We’re long overdue for some of those to finally go our way.
That one alone isn’t even enough to repay us for them giving Florida that extra second a few years ago.
Not to mention A&M not getting called for a single hold a few weeks ago when that’s all they did to Allen

I disagree it was a bad call. If he’s not interfered with he has a chance to high point the ball and come down in bounds. However, with the interference he never had a chance to do that.
Neither is the hold they called on us last yr against Florida to take us out of field goal range.

It WAS questionable, but UK football, its team and its fans don't owe anyone any apologies about bad calls given all of the Screw-jobs we have been on the other end of over the years.
I don't think it was a bad call. Corners are not allowed to make that kind of contact with the receiver before the ball arrives. While the pass ended up out of bounds, it was in play at the time of the contact.
This is the same crazy ass who commented about buzzing racehorses years ago on national TV.

Didn't realize that Forde was a Mizzo alum, however, it makes everything that much better. I could care less what he thinks.
There's no question it was PI; the real question, IMO, is was the ball catch-able? Nevertheless, as others have said we're due a few of those calls to go our way for a change.

I agree with what you said. I thought it was a clear defensive PI until I watched the replay.
If anything Wagner possibly committed offensive PI as the DB was sitting in the end zone watching the QB the whole time as Wagner put his hands in the face of the DB to push him out of the way.
Either way... DON'T CARE! As stated above, I've seen the Cats on the wrong end of those calls way too times.
I don't know what some of y'all were watching. How was it uncatchable when he caught the freaking thing?? Had he not been hung on the entire time he would have had a chance to land in bounds.

it was a good call... the ball was catchable .... it would of taken an amazing play to have a foot in bounds at the edge ... even if it takes an nfl star to catch it with foot and hand control ... that’s still considered catchable

Absolutely was PI. I believe if it hadn't been called and the game ended, most of you saying it was questionable, would be saying where's the flag. He was pushed out starting 2 steps back. If able to come back for the ball, he could have caught it in bounds. Still caught it.
The reason our guy is even out of bounds is the defender forces him out before the ball gets there, actually a good call.
It was PI... like pat said. Defensive guys back was to the ball... he was not trying to make a play in the bal at all...

If it had sailed long and over their heads and there was no actual catch - ok, uncatchable. But they made the right call in the circumstance.
