P.Towles not respected in locker room ?

Alot of players where encouraged to stand up and speak about whats going on with the team. I was told by someone I believe would know that several players have a problem with Patrick's on the field play. One player stood up and accused him of being scared out on the field. The player apparently said " you when scrambling and running you slide down 1 yd. short of a first down when you could of dropped your shoulder and got us a first down. Then you throw me the ball across the middle high and behind me and say something to me about catching the ball. I wonder if this is something that could divide a locker room ? I'm sure Patrick sliding is a product of Dawson's coaching but does it give the impression to the teammates that he's scared?
