Smell that? Its kind of a fish smell..Mods, @IL Wildcat, can we do something about this. This statement is uncalled for.
Can we rate your businesses? We did awesome for John Higgins,, lol..People don’t become teachers for the money. If you think I only make $40,000 a year, that’s on you. I don’t think I have life figured out and would never brag about this sort of thing any other time, but I make more than $40,000 just off of my landscaping business. Thats not counting my monthly rental properties and the 5 air bnb’s that I own.
I don’t have to disclose this but I will. I will make around $20,000 next year as an assistant. Again, if it was about money, I wouldn’t have taken the job. Almost every D1 coach started just like me tho and I’m very happy with my coaching career so far.

Kentucky leads the entire country in scoring opportunities that come from baseline out-of-bounds plays90% of UK's inbounds plays have been a big man holding off his defender and receiving a lob to his outside hand. So, what has changed? I'd say it's 2 things. #1 you gotta give Welch some love on this. He's great at the x and o's. #2 Cal knew he'd be missing his big men early this season, so we needed some plays to get guys open.
It should also be noted, and I'm not saying this is a fact, I'm just observing. This particular group seems to be listening and following the coaches very well. I've heard Cal mention it and others as well. So, if they're executing what they're told and you're not having to review and repeat over and over, you have some additional time to work on things like out of bounds plays.
Regardless of why this change has happened, I'm thrilled to see it. I will say, Cal said in postgame that he called the play to get Bradshaw a shot from the mid-range wing. He also mentioned they popped Bradshaw out on that pick and pop for the 3 because they knew he'd be open out there (Florida had picked their poison and let Bradshaw go). But Bradshaw had to make the shots, of course, and we're glad he did.
Yeah, I can see how what I said could be misunderstood. I didn’t make it clear. I was referring to before this season. I know this season has been different and I'm absolutely thrilled with that. I was replying to the ones trying to make it sound like we've been running out of bounds plays all the time under Calipari just like this season, which isn't true. I'm glad it's true this season, though.Kentucky leads the entire country in scoring opportunities that come from baseline out-of-bounds plays
Can you please enlighten us as to the adjustments Cal made today to counter the high ball screen that TA&M used all second half? I'll hang up and listen.Like I said, 99% don’t know when an in game adjustment is made and yall like to make false claims until I’m willing to provide video evidence proving how wrong you are. We run OOB plays every single season Cal has been here and in game adjustments are made all the time. I can and will prove you wrong upon request.
Until then, I’ll stay silent on this topic, since so many are angry at me for being willing to provide facts and not assumptions.
Have a nice day, little fellas.
No it’s not. We have always had those plays.Night and day difference in oob plays this year compared to the last few.
He didn’t until we beat him over the head about it for the past 5 years then brought in Welch to draw some up. Which I’m glad he did. Been saying forever we started every game down 4 to 6 because we lost the out of bounds game (didn’t really try ourselves)Like I said, 99% don’t know when an in game adjustment is made and yall like to make false claims until I’m willing to provide video evidence proving how wrong you are. He chose to answer someone else instead of you. He’s apparently in the 99% as well 😂Can w

Welch has been a godsend .I thought Cal didn't draw plays up? Oops
Wagner comes in clears to other side, followed by Dillingham who presents a curl around 2 screens but actually is there to screen for Bradshaw while Mitchell releases to top of the key.
Still waiting for you to point out what adjustments Cal made to counter the high ball screen action Texas A&M ran down our throats......“Kenny won those games” 🤣🤣🤣
Absolutely! I don’t give Calipari credit for much . But I give him credit for hiring someone that knows how to run an offense and more importantly…listening to him . I never thought his ego would allow it .Yeah, there is no denying it. A lob to a big man to his outside arm. That's been the "play." As you say, it's not a play. It's just an entry pass and any play begins after that.
I'm no Cal hater by aby stretch, but there is no need to try to rewrite history here. We're running inbounds plays this year and that's not the norm. But I am very happy to see it. 👍
