Getting to be couple days downtime. All you guys and gals have a Merry Christmas!
I live in East Texas. Saying xmas will get you the stank eye 😂Anyone else work somewhere that "Merry Xmas" can't be said? I do. We have Muslims here who get their knickers in a bunch anytime someone talks about Jesus, Christ or says God. At the team meeting the oh so politically correct supervisor said "Happy Holidays". Then someone else found a way to say over the mic "Merry Xmas!". You should have seen the look on the supervisor's face as she scanned the crowd for reactions that she could investigate.
Me wife is doing the same. Wed-Sunday and same the week after for new years.Merry Christmas all. I’m taking some unpaid time off after Wednesday just to get out of that warehouse for awhile. Hope everyone has a good holiday.
I agree. I just can't do it. Merry Christmas to all. Jesus is the Reason for the Season ! ! !I don’t the term Xmas because it x’s out the most important part, which is Christ. Merry Christmas everyone!

Well, I think it does matter. There’s an agenda behind it that wants to shove secular humanism down our throats. Agreed that the reason for the season deserves the emphasisHoping all have a Merry Christmas! If you do not do Christmas have a great day! I for one know this time of year is about Jesus. Yes there is debate about the Christian Church stealing the holiday from Pagans. Does not matter why we choose to celebrate the birth of Jesus. It is what it means for me and I am sure others celebrate for other reasons. The world is a big place and has room for each to celebrate this time of year as they see fit. Love and peace to all of you here.
I never understood why so many let a few dictate what they do.Anyone else work somewhere that "Merry Xmas" can't be said? I do. Edit: to be clear, I say "Merry Christmas (as in Christ)", but I'm okay with it being spelled either way because of the "X".
I don’t like the term Xmas because it x’s out the most important part, which is Christ. Merry Christmas everyone!

But those that know and read any of the good books, Bible, Torah, or Quran know that this world will try everything in it ability and more to stop any Christian beliefs. We see it more and more. All we can do is not be the judge, spread the word to those willing to receive it and wish all others well. It will only get worse. I grew up in the 60s and 70s. I remember how we would see Merry Christmas on every store front window, see signs of the season proudly displayed. Then in the late 70s some stores changed to Happy Holidays. Heck now we see as much Halloween decorations (if not more) than Christmas. We have choices, give in and let it happen, or again spread it to those that want to listen. Those that choose not to wish them well. We are not the judge. That is very hard for me, not to judge. As I get older, it gets easier. I remember when we first started hearing about Happy Holidays over Merry Christmas at my school, that just made us students go all in on Merry Christmas that much more. I do sometimes say happy holidays or if I have a friend or acquaintance business or other that is say Jewish, I wish them Happy Chanukah, I have some atheist friends and just wish them well in the season. Almost each and every one that knows I am Christian, which should be all, will typically say Merry Christmas and not Happy Holidays, reason being (because I asked), is because I took the time to care and give tidings for them specifically. Out in public it is much harder.Well, I think it does matter. There’s an agenda behind it that wants to shove secular humanism down our throats. Agreed that the reason for the season deserves the emphasis
