What the hell was Reed Sheppard doing. Everyone but him knew who was going to take the shot.
Ugh... Sheppard should've been on Clayton like glue there... that was REALLY bad
So why does your best FT shooter take the ball out of bounds knowing they have to foul?
I loveeeeeee Sheppard and he's played a hell of a game. But he is absolutely terrible at closing out on 3 pt shooters. He gives shooters so much space.
Why didn't we foul once he got into the three line?

I love Shep. I really do but his Defense is so bad.
A fence post could fake Reed out. Cal needs to make him do three point defense drills for a week.
Reed makes the exact amount of good plays as he does bad it's wild to watch.
Because he's lazy on defense, care-free. I'd like to know his +/- rating. Because it feels like he gives up as many as he scores.

Reed was watching the play instead of his guy. He is late on every three pointer. He is awful at defense.
Reed absolutely blew it on defense - but Dilly could have iced that damn game.
If I were and Coach Cal I would bench Reed the next game and I would make every single player in this team run suicides for two hours after this game.

Why would we not inbound to reed when they have to foul?
Reed just isn't a good on ball defender. He is great at defending passing lanes, just not on the ball.
