I hear ya, 2 years ago i was 50 pounds overweight and lost it all that same year. tons of work and low carb but so worth it. and i'm old! haha... that's why it hurts me to see anyone who simply doesn't know how easy it actually is and still eat good food and lose all of that weight to feel so much better. it affects you mentally not just physically.

Skyrocketing food cost didn't help either.
