I predict Oregon has the most opt outs of all teams. I wouldn't practice a month to play Liberty.
Does the CFP committee look extremely foolish if FSU beats Georgia? Not saying it will happen although I'd expect several of Georgia's key players to opt out.

And next year they make the playoff.
Number 12 10 and 2 OU is left out so liberty can lose 16 to 0 at fsu.
I don't care if they bring Limu the Emu to play QB, they don't deserve that bowl.

Wait until starting next yr, fringe Group of 5 schools will be stealing 1 of the 12 CFB playoff slots. So a Liberty or SMU who are barely top 25 will go in the playoffs and great 10-2 powers like Oklahoma or Penn St get left out.

Still surprised the powers that be allowed that agreement. The non power 5 should have to be top 12 or at least top 15.
Gonna make for some awful 5 vs 12 matchups.
But the rules specify that the top ranked G5 team get a NYD bowl invite. It's been that way for years. Why are you just now complaining?
To answer the question, one G5 is guaranteed a NY6 berth. It should be at least conditioned on being top 15 or something, but it is not. And, at least starting off, they also get a guaranteed playoff spot out of 12.
