Here's why I didn't address the exercise portion of the question.

I see tons of very active kids playing on sports teams at my kids school. Some of the most active are overweight by a good margin. Almost all of them boys more than any of the girls. What could cause that? Why would the girls be less fat than the boys?

Estrogen is a possible factor. Atrazine is a possible factor. Yes, sometimes it is genetics, but even the limited data I observe tells me that these young people can't all have the same genetics, especially when their parents look nothing like their children in terms of body fat %.

What else are teachers seeing at that level?

The boys are having a ton of outward behavioral issues as well. The girls not as much outward as cognitive. All of these things can be traced back to our "food" and food additives, as well as our water system.

I'm also now seeing a ton of athletic, healthy looking adults having a LOT of health issues. Heart and adrenal issues. Blood clots and circulation issues. Bone and teeth issues. Behavioral and mental health issues. Cancers and failing organs in what should be the prime of their lives.

Has ANYONE else noticed that THESE ARE THINGS WE ARENT SEEING IN THE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT POPULATION as they come into this country?

Yes, we are lazy. But not in the way you might think.

We have lazily allowed some of the biggest corporations, tech, the bankers, media, bureaucrats and politicians to allow themselves to be corrupt and profit off of the abuse of hard working citizens. We are all responsible for that.

The result is that the courts and executive branch are not protecting the citizens by arresting and prosecuting the criminals, including sending murderers, abusers, and rapists to their final resting place. We need to stand up and make them hold themselves accountable, not through murder, but through other actions that are legal and organized.

Only if you dont know what I know about nutrition and health. I'm not here to list it for people. 25 years on message boards tells me that doesn't work. They need to research it for themselves or have someone in their family diagnosed with these issues and given drugs that compound them.

99% of people will look into it when it's staring them in the face and no sooner

People already posting wanted posters for other ceo's. All the people who cheered and smiled about this murder will regret it. Too much mental illness in this country to accept this type of thing.

A lot of what is being discussed can both be true. Absolutely tragic what happened to the CEO. Even if his company is making unethical decisions, he didn't deserve that. I hang out with some friends every Thursday night at a local bar. I've gotten to know this other guy over the last year who is there w. his friends. I knew he was a doctor, but was talking with him last night. He the chief medical officer for United Health Care for the state I live in. Knew the CEO personally and was devastated. On the flip, what the insurance companies have been doing (not just health, but home) is tragic also. Personally think that we have issues when health becomes all about profits. I am not saying private companies shouldn't make money, but when that becomes the main goal, over individual's health, we maybe should look at what is going on.

I was teasing you earlier but I am legitimately interested in reading more of your thoughts on this. I've not traveled as much as I should and I've never been to Europe, so that way of life is something I've never seen firsthand.

I'm not arguing anything because I didn't present a premise, evidence, and conclusion to be drawn from it, neither am I going to link hundreds of studies going all the way back to the 1960s about these very things, knowing full well people (just like you) won't read them.

What you quoted and declared "false" in this last post clearly without reading it, is not false simply because you are ignorant, but you keep doing you.

These are all very relevant, I get it. What he did is evil.

But yet….its’ a broken industry that needs reform, to some degree. When you have as much anger among the people about an issue as there is with this issue, it’s a giant red flag. Acknowledging this isn’t condoning evil.

This country resisted communism in the early 1900s by being willing to reform capitalism. One can argue how successful that was (or not), but when thinking of the bloodshed and violence of the labor movement, it’s not too surprising that something like this could happen today. I’d much prefer that the issues with private healthcare get fixed instead of becoming fuel for lunatics.

I took it in good jest. My thoughts on this topic are probably too incendiary. We shouldn't look at the rest of the world to figure out solutions to our problems: this place is unique, American Exceptionalism is real, and people don't realize just how good we've got it. We've obviously got significant systemic problems like this one to address, but let's not kill the goose that lays the golden eggs.

Saying you don’t have empathy for the victim of cold blooded murder, because you are upset about healthcare in 2024 is evil. Seeing a silver lining to a father’s murder is pretty bad. Have your discussions about healthcare, but don’t in any way justify this man’s slaughter.

People in just about every country complain about healthcare and there are stories everywhere about people believing that the healthcare they or someone else needed was denied. Have those discussions. But, realize that nothing about this murder was justifiable or understandable.

Think this is certainly a possibility.

Had to roll my eyes at his PA attorney who was quoted (paraphrasing) as saying 'yeah, the police may think they have found some evidence, but there is a big difference in finding something, and getting it admitted into evidence, yadda, yadda, yadda'

I can well appreciate an attorney doing his/her very best, but come on now, unless I am misremembering what I read, they found items with his fingerprints all along the escape route, have an eyewitness placing him at the Manhattan hostel, a gun, a silencer, tons of cash, and a manifesto explaining why he was going to commit the crime. Mangione has now hired a top drawer criminal attorney in Manhattan, but IMO she better be sharpening up her plea bargaining skills. (Even though after extradition, NY is going to amend the charges to first degree premeditated murder, looks like NY does not have the death penalty)

Where are you seeing all of these people? Are you in healthcare?
 
This murder was more about corporate espionage and stock manipulation than anything to do with this murderer's mental health. The people running the justice system are still controlled by the people manipulating stocks and elections, so there might be more of it before the middle of January and beyond in blue states/cities.
 


Geico Catfan will declare this woman's testimony "False" because she didn't list all of the thousands of studies, declare all of her statements are fallacies, even though she's also not arguing with anyone. Tools do that

This is total speculation as I find the fact that Luigi was there so briefly on the morning of the shooting before the act to be very suspicious, as well:

Luigi was in NYC looking to kill someone important for headlines and had a few people on his list. He cased each one looking for a window of opportunity. The UnitedHealthcare shareholder event was online and he got lucky showing up early and recognizing the victim from online pictures and took his literal shot at that moment. (Poorly, I might add.)

I doubt it will end up being more complicated than that.

He’s a spoiled pariah and the CEO worked and set his family up. This pussy had his life set up for him and blew it.

He was outside the hotel an hour before Thompson showed up. I still dont understand how the CEO was walking to the shareholder meeting without any security instead of dropped right off or stay in the same hotel. I know for a fact Humana shareholder meetings have tight security around all board members coming and going. Something is still off about this.

Per Wikipedia, here is the timeline that morning. Shooter was only outside hotel for 5 minutes before shooting.
  • 5:34 a.m. – Suspect leaves the hostel, and rides an e-bike to Midtown.
  • 6:15 a.m. – Suspect seen leaving the 57th Street F Train subway stop.[48]
  • 6:17 a.m. – Suspect buys coffee, water, and granola bars at a Starbucks café (at 1380 6th Ave) two blocks away from the New York Hilton Midtown hotel, discarding the coffee cup and water bottle.[48][49][34]
  • 6:30 a.m. – Surveillance footage captures the suspect walking while talking on the phone.[29]
  • 6:39 a.m. – Suspect arrives in front of the New York Hilton Midtown hotel and waits for several minutes.[34][49]

Whether it be 5 or 50, he still somehow knew where the guy was, when hed be exiting, and the specific exit. He even took many specific steps to cover his tracks on getting there for that specific time and purpose.

Imo that knowledge alone tells me there is more to it. Then add in the guy walking with no security and it just gets weirder imo.
