There is no motivation for coaches (not just Stoops). They get paid millions and millions regardless of wins and losses. Now players are getting money, regardless of performance.

This coaching change is going to have to be made by the fans at this point. I'm afraid that Stoops will have to be Jokered if we want to see a change.

Solution is to pay the NIL money to the players that perform. Sorry but Baron Brown did nothing all season but was highest paid. And pay coaches based on wins.
Well the lines are longer at halftime. What the hell do you expect.
I mean for Stoops. All coaches are salary exempt employees and not eligible for OT. You can't pay them based on how many wins they get.
Are you salaried? Should we only pay you at your job when you check every box every pay period? Not really how it works.
This wouldn't happen if Stoops would just end the game early and call the ice cream truck for his players.

That's my thinking exactly. These God awful contracts that Barney draws up should have performance based stipulations in them on the negative side as well, not just bonuses for x number of wins, making a bowl, etc.. if u suck like Stopps has the last couple years, three should be a drastically reduced buyout within the contract.
