Need someone who is "climbing the coach's mountain"

Most of the big name coaches whose names have been tossed around for Ky makes me wonder if that is who Ky really needs. Put it this way, we need someone who is "climbing the mountain", not someone who has reached its peak, celebrated getting there and now on his way down,JMO. What do you think?

I agree, but after losing Cal the way it went down. Most people are looking for a big name. Todd Golden would do well here along with many other young guys.
