Now the chances of that are very slim to practically none (but I put nothing past this new NIL world, where a 1year NIL deal could match or better a 3 year rookie contract) but one would think that the rumor alone could cause Even more hesitation from Nate to choose Duke, not knowing if Flag and Boozer are going to be the first two options.

NIL won't touch Flagg's rookie contract.
Duke IMO won't pay Ament more than Boozer.
Evans is the one to keep an eye on.
Evans won't return to play behind Ament.
He'll either go pro along with Kon which would leave the three spot wide open for Ament or he returns and Ament goes elsewhere or Anent comes and Evans hits the portal.
Cooper is just trying to solicit more "love" from the Duke fanbase, get their hopes up and watch them BEG him to come back, and then piss their collective panties when he gets drafted. Anymore, whenever a kid good enough for the pros suggests he wants to come back, I just think "cool story". Didn't Reed suggest he could come back?
