NahUL gonna outbid everybody because of that stupid FanStake thing.
HmmThe guy wants to go to the highest bidder. $2MM or greater. HOB
Yeah, only thing I heard was a nose whistleJones said early on the show today that he had heard some promising things in Nate? I had to turn off. Did he say anything after that about the recruitment? Any updates? Anyone hear?
He had a birdseye view of Brea’s last 3 that put a dagger in Tennessee. Also Almanor’s (2) and Perry’s (1)![]()
Duke.
He may go there because that's where he wants to be but they won't be the high bidder.Duke.
I swear, that hair isn’t it. I definitely wanna land some top 5 guys so Pope has that card to play in the future but I am not that worried. We either get him or have all that cash for the portal.
Nope, never said another word about it smh. I tried getting the text line with that question but it was never answered. Was really curious what he was hearing.Jones said early on the show today that he had heard some promising things in Nate? I had to turn off. Did he say anything after that about the recruitment? He has to think he has a shot if he’s doing that.
Pope going out of his way before flying separate to Texas for tomorrow nights game.
Feels like a big time gesture.
Trilly says it’s only about the NIL money with Ament. We should find out soon enough who the winner is.He has to think he has a shot if he’s doing that.
This board definitely don’t like hearing that lolTrilly says it’s only about the NIL money with Ament. We should find out soon enough who the winner is.
I also hate it for the kid when the reporting is so heavy towards the point. Even if he goes elsewhere. This board definitely don’t like hearing that lol
I don’t get why guys who should go high in the draft would take this approach .
It makes sense for a guy that doesn’t have a future in the NBA
NIL won't touch Flagg's rookie contract. Here is some food for thought. There has been a lot of social media post about a recent interview with the Atlantic where Cooper flag indicated his desire to return to Duke next year.
Now the chances of that are very slim to practically none (but I put nothing past this new NIL world, where a 1year NIL deal could match or better a 3 year rookie contract) but one would think that the rumor alone could cause Even more hesitation from Nate to choose Duke, not knowing if Flag and Boozer are going to be the first two options.
If Trilly knows it then Pope should know it(if true).Trilly says it’s only about the NIL money with Ament. We should find out soon enough who the winner is.
All very accurate scenarios in my opinion.NIL won't touch Flagg's rookie contract.
Duke IMO won't pay Ament more than Boozer.
Evans is the one to keep an eye on.
Evans won't return to play behind Ament.
He'll either go pro along with Kon which would leave the three spot wide open for Ament or he returns and Ament goes elsewhere or Anent comes and Evans hits the portal.
Cooper is just trying to solicit more "love" from the Duke fanbase, get their hopes up and watch them BEG him to come back, and then piss their collective panties when he gets drafted. Anymore, whenever a kid good enough for the pros suggests he wants to come back, I just think "cool story". Didn't Reed suggest he could come back?NIL won't touch Flagg's rookie contract.

Nah they would have to offer Flagg like 20 million to return with the shoe deal and all the other stuff being the number one pick entails. He sounds like Cousins, but I bet Schyer would be like “nah bruh you have to go 1, you can’t return. “Here is some food for thought. Yeah and he came to Pope’s introduction. No way was he ever coming back as high as his stock was although he needed it.Cooper is just trying to solicit more "love" from the Duke fanbase, get their hopes up and watch them BEG him to come back, and then piss their collective panties when he gets drafted. It bothers me that they don't have the character to just say "thanks for the memories, food, room and board, the gym and the pooshie. I'm out"Yeah and he came to Pope’s introduction. No way was he ever coming back as high as his stock was although he needed it.
Yeah, some are probably conflicted it’s hard to tell. I would have thought Reed would have known about where he was going around that time but maybe not.It bothers me that they don't have the character to just say "thanks for the memories, food, room and board, the gym and the pooshie. I'm out"
I didn’t think he was at Popes Intro. I don’t remember seeing him at all. Perry was there. Jeff was there.Yeah and he came to Pope’s introduction. No way was he ever coming back as high as his stock was although he needed it.
I think he did know. Weren't his parents silent about it all? Where are THEY now? I don't remember if they came to Pope's introduction (probably did), but do they ever come to UK games? His stunt before the Arkansas game suggests to me that Reed doesn't think all that highly of UK.Yeah, some are probably conflicted it’s hard to tell.
