Kurt Busch still not cleared from July concussion
Kurt Busch is still dealing with the effects of a concussion suffered last July and has not been cleared in what he said would be his final NASCAR season.
That is crazy that he's still having issues 9 months later. NASCAR should be be held responsible for putting a car on the track that had that many issues.
