Had lunch today at a place called Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen. And although Willy probably jerks it to pics of the food in that joint...they do have stuff on the menu for us carnivores. And the lemonade is refreshingly tasty as well.

Also...bonus points for the fact that all of the food is grown locally in KY. And they serve the salads in these giant bowls that look like my dogs food bowl...which sounds weird but it's kind of cool. And then of course there's the obvious feature...it's healthy eating.

I had the Classic Chicken Salad...salad. And it was mighty tasty and very filling. They have several homemade salad dressings that I sampled that were good. But I wound up eating my salad with zero dressing applied. Didn't need it. Taste buds were invigorated without the need to "ranch it up".

The kaizer approves of and recommends this joint to any and all food lovers.

-Someone let their dog go apeshit in the flower bed by the mailbox last night. I have a suspect. Don't know him but he just looks like someone who would let that happen. Thinking of revenge options.

-Pork butt x 4, dogs, burgs at the lake tomorrow. Traditional stuff for the day. Next door neighbor family is coming up. Their kids (mid to upper 20's) have really absurd relationship drama that plays out every time they come up there once alcohol gets involved. Their visits rarely coincide with ours so instead of being annoying, it's entertaining. Early morning fishing, ride around/find a beach with the girls in the afternoon, back to eat/watch their shitshow. They are invited to the bbq.
