Let Us Prey

I’m guessing undergrad or bible college close to small hometown. Moved back to hometown and married high school girlfriend. Mostly the same friends. Either non complex white collar work or maybe small business owner. Same church you grew up in.
LOL - Not a single element of that is correct. Your consistency is amazing.

Graduated from Lafayette in '81 Went to UK for a year and a half, but was more interested in partying. Dropped out, joined the Air Force. I was a cryptologist/linguist 20833C with the 6913th Electronic Security Squadron (Slavic Languages Czech/Slovak/Polish etc.), we monitored air traffic (and other things) and I held a Top Secret/SCI clearance. I was actually working the day that Mathias Rust landed in Red Square, and was actively monitoring Soviet Bloc air defense responses. To this day, I'm listed as a principal in the report that was filed to the NSA (which is technically who we worked for, and not the Air Force)

I married a girl that I had met, when I was living in California (attending the Defense Language Institute for a year), and we had two kids while I was stationed in Augsburg Germany.

I did move back to Lexington (although that isn't technically my hometown, which is Poughkeepsie, NY) and went back to UK. Math and Computer Science major.

Worked for 27 years in that field (mostly network engineering) and retired 2 years ago at 58

I feel bad making fun of you now that I know your age. I apoligize.

The defense bar in Shelbyville needs to know. That would be enough to have every non-white indictment dismissed and every conviction reversed. Also enough to have the CA removed from every non-white case in the future.
I doubt it. As usual, you draw conclusions about what happened without having all of the information you need to form such conclusions. What you are envisioning is not what happened. Aside from that, it's just a distraction from the point. You always make claims and never really support them. Let's see the murder rate and drug crime rate statistics for Shelby County prior to the influx of illegal immigration in the county and current statistics. You said you could access them.

I don’t know. What you said happened is pretty clear.

I'm semi-retired now. I drive a school bus in Scott Co. LOL - and you know what? I love it. It keeps me active/getting up early, and pays for my golf. I love interacting with the kids, and actually have started tutoring some of them in math.

Wouldn’t prove anything. Let’s see the crime rates before you lived there and what they are now. Maybe that will prove you are responsible.

I never said I could produce those figures. You said you could. Why did you ask what county and say you could look up those statistics if you thought they were meaningless. Typical BS with no substance.

Shiny Happy People on Prime
I needed a shower after watching that shit. Absolutely skin crawling and stomach churning. Give The Family on Netflix or Under the Banner of Heaven (based on a true story) sometime. Random thoughts about religion in general...

* I don't care what/who anyone chooses to worship as long as they aren't harming others, either physically, emotionally or financially. They can worship at the web of THE Amazing Spider-Man for all I care.

* Are there many instances of sexual abuse in organized/disorganized religion? Yes, that's undeniable. Hell, my mom's cousin was a dedicated church Deacon and long time pedophile who was finally arrested and sent to prison after two of his victims came forward. How did he hook up with those two? Through church activities.

* Do religious people or atheists get in your face? I've never had an atheist automatically assume I'm an atheist and ask me which atheist club I attend, then give me a smug, reproachful look when I tell them I just consider myself a non-believer and proceed to tell me I should consider finding a good atheist club and/or invite me to theirs. I've never had atheists leave literature on my front door, on my vehicle, in a restroom stall or other public place extolling the virtues of being an atheist while telling me I was going to be in a world of hurt if I didn't. I've never had atheists approach me while working in the yard or ringing the doorbell wanting to talk to me about atheism. I've also never seen an atheist with a bullhorn on a street corner or even wearing a sammidge board on the bridge going across the Cumberland River to Titans Stadium while screaming that bad shit is going to happen to people who don't convert to atheism.

* Is religion a cult? It can be if you let it devolve into that. Again, watch some of the documentaries and look at the "leaders" of various religions and the mega churches. I used to bowl in a league for a mining supply company back in VA in the early 80s. There was a guy on our team named Don, who was a preacher. Don didn't look down his nose at the rest of us. He didn't try to convert anyone. He always took Fred Newton's barrage of off-color, mostly cringeworthy jokes in stride. Don had a small church and was always helping members of his congregation and volunteering in the community. Don always had a kind word and a smile on his face, and in his spare time, he spent 40+ hours a week delivering bread and stocking shelves for Kern's Bakery in local stores. Don is a good example of what religion should be about. Be like Don.

* Last, but certainly not least, of all the wonderful things our parents did for me and my brother, the thing I'm most grateful for is that they never indoctrinated us into religion.

Excellent post.

Again, just BS without any substance.
Probably the most substantive post in this thread. I think you meant to say you disagree with it. BTW, I’ll contact contact Shelby County CA office tomorrow to see if they keep the statistics on drug trafficking by Mexican immigrants you claim they advise grand juries of.

I never made such a claim, but make a fool of yourself if you like.

You said the CA provided statistics regarding Mexican immigrants and drug trafficking. No?
I did, but I didn’t say what the context was and whether the CA was addressing the grand jury. Again, make a fool of yourself if you like. It might be entertaining to watch.

Sure you did. You said the grand jury asked questions and that’s what the CA told them. If you are no longer saying that I guess there no need to ask them.

You made a lot of assumptions about what that means, but whatever makes you happy.

Good lord you white people are so rich and bored. What a dream for 99% of the world it would be to just argue useless shit for hours on end

Pretty much everybody in Japan, Korea and China have enough free time and disposable income to argue about this. And frankly, most of Mexico probably can too. I'd also argue about 70% of India can as well.
