What is the record for the longest 9 inning game in college? This is on a 6 hour pace.
Louisville is famous for their pitching so this is really strange to me that they're struggling so much. For us, hopefully it's a massive confidence builder.
10-5. This is the kind of offense I expected to see from us. Everyone hitting or putting it in play and getting runs from that.
An interesting part of this will be who UK goes to after this... Harper coming out and Daniels in. Not that we're going to run out of arms, but we might run out of trusty ones. Lol

I'm fine with it myself. I prefer aggressiveness. College defenses more apt to make mistakes. Make them make plays. They did it this time. Most the time that's a stolen base and we're golden.
Yep and yet it took an extraordinary play to get Lewis. It was remarkable. He and short don't make that play most the time even if he's a pro. Lewis is that fast. Run could be needed, but I'm good with that gamble personally.

Ritter on fire at the plate AND in the field soon. Love to see it. Disappointed in Harmon and Pastiak tonight, but overall a good effort. Need to get another couple of runs before I feel good about this.
