This. But for me I agreed with him on the facilities and this one. It's obvious things are not right with Basketball rn. Maybe this massive influx of talent fixes it but I wouldn't count on it. We have 0 upper classmen at all and that's just absolutely insane in this portal age.
I think that he was just pointing out the facts that:
1. You just made the account to defend Jones (weird).
2. You might be associated with KSR (weirder).
3. That's a lot of effort for no reason.

Maybe the are making it impossible for Cal to compete, thus forcing him to voluntarily move on. No wasted money on the buyout or NILs. Could be as simple as money talks, and the boosters are/have voted.

It's odd. The one thing you should never do when you go against the grain (or with it in this instance) is feel the need to explain yourself. People are always going to be nasty about whatever information or opinion you might give. The best course of action is just to ignore them instead of confronting them. He isn't going to change anyone's opinion.

There are many many things I am witnessing in our culture today that I would have never ever thought possible in such a short amount of time…and the state of UK basketball is a minor example of one.
I’m responding to your comment about “Calipari and Barnhart…have to answer for things”. I realize there must be an organizational structure for such things, but who do you think is going to call either out? If this dialog hasnt already boiled over within the ranks, what more has to happen?
Just seems like we fans are a miserable troop banging our collective heads against the wall. Questioning myself as to when will I stopped being surprised at the lunacy which defines our beloved basketball program. I envy those of us that have been able to move on…I’m trying to catch up.

I agree. Calipari wants out, and neither party will come out and say it. One side just wants to run off and pets his dogs and hang out at NBA games with his former fluffers, and the other side is afraid because they don't have a coach lined up to replace Cal.

Honestly Barnfart will be the one having to explain why he allowed our beloved program to get into this shape.I have always said the program is bigger than any coach or player and things kind of get swayed as long as your winning and the program is kept in good condition.Problem is when you pander players first and allow players to dictate their wants above the program then you start to see the downward spiral and that is unacceptable.Money talks...at the end of it all, one way or another the program will be put back in it's rightful place as the top concern.
