Last minute UL signee and top in state DB Jairus Brents was pulled over for speeding (31 mph over the limit), reckless driving and driving without a license. He was then arrested due to an outstanding warrant for shoplifting. Maybe its best that we didn't land this kid. He seems to have some major issues. This is the second time in six months for speeding and driving without a license charges and it seems that he just ignored his shoplifting court date.

"He was arrested because of a warrant stemming from an alleged incident on Jan. 26. According to police, Brents and an “unknown (co-defendant)” took five tank-top shirts and four boxer briefs from the JCPenney store at St. Matthews Mall. Brents' court date was set for March 5, but court records show that he was not present....Brents was previously cited in October for driving 43 mph in a 25 mph school zone and driving without a license, according to another citation."

One Driving w/o a license is bad enough, what do they do for a second one? And I can't imagine what the school zone ticket costs, I think it is $100 for each mile over here.

He is going to have to sell a lot of "stuff" to cover all his expenses, and that isn't even anything for his daily "needs".
