How do you explain first weekend exits from the tournament the past 3 years in a row? That won’t cut it at UK.
Should also be reminded this was at Baylor imagine that same approach with all of the resources at Kentucky. It really will be fun to watch if it happens.

The issue for me with Scott Drew is that most of the time he loses in the first weekend and he’s had talent. Bill self has had let downs but they usually go past the first weekend

They’re not entirely right because that was posted last year
much better coach than Cal, MUCH BETTER. He also will stretch the limits in recruiting as well. I think UK starts top 10 next year once Reed comes back, VJ comes and whoever else from Baylor/portal.
You don’t know if he did or not. It’s all speculation and even if he didn’t, and Drew was first call. What can you do? Can’t change the past. Support the current coach or complain is your options.

His conference record has been 11-7 the last two years in a very weak big 12.
He has two elite 8’s and one national championship. No other final 4’s.

How do you know he didn’t? Cause Billy said in front of the cameras that he didn’t? Please. people keep saying that as an absolute when they have NO idea what Mitch did or didn’t do or is doing currently.
his impressive post season stats are 100% because of covid year. take that out and he hasn't been out of the second round. and has double digit loses most years. he has been at baylor 22 years. your impression of baylor is drew, he created it. if you think they are a mediocre school it's because he is.

You bank on the 6 wins that got the championship to make the 5 year total look good. Same thing that worked for Cal for a while. Till the good times got too far in the rear view mirror.
