Definitely the worst game of the season for the defense all things considered. If they had given a more standard performance then Kentucky would have had a chance. But to a freshman quarterback they allowed too many big plays to go along with a lot of yards on the ground. Afari was around the ball and made a lot of nice plays but they needed to be better on that side. Florida had four passing plays of 39+ yards and a couple of big runs. They were kept off balance.

The big thing is Florida looked like the more focused and better team in spite of their coach's situation. We knew they hadn't mailed it in and were playing better but Kentucky is just very lackluster right now and when the defense plays its D game it's not going to be pretty.

Lagway wasn't exactly efficient but he was explosive. Hardaway had a tough game but others did too. Tough to believe that Florida would beat any SEC team by four touchdowns this year. That loss might be the tipping point for the season.

It's unbelievable that the Florida touchdown from the goal line stood. You don't see calls that bad very often. I don't even think the refs signaled a touchdown, it was the lights show and it almost seemed like they rolled with it. But UK didn't play well enough to put it on that at all.

The wheels really came off and this looks like Stoops' worst team in some years, in spite of the win against Ole Miss.
