If UK wins their 1st three games (all at home) over S. Miss, South Carolina and #1 Georgia

Stoops is 0-11 vs. Georgia. Doubt that changes this year.

Those other years don't mean much this year. UK is a good football team and very capable of beating UGA. I know it's going to happen but I don't think this is the year. My reasoning is UGA has a very experienced OL, 2 starting level backs, several good WR and an ex QB playing at a high level. Defensively no stars but a good front, best lb group in country, my opinion, and an experienced secondary. UK has a scarey group of WR, a QB who could be the Beck of 25 but RB is still working itself out as is the OL.UK has a very good DL led by an AA, a good group of LB and a secondary that is working some personell decisions out. I think UGA is better, but not by enough to not play an A game and win.

With that said I think UK has an advantage at WR and DL, UGA at QB,RB, OL, LB, SECONDARY.

Plus the game is in Lex and a X14 revenge factor for the Cats.
Whoever wins the turnovers will win the game.
You guys best not be looking ahead to Bama or you will leave with a serious case of Cat scratch fever.

What revenge factor makes it different than any other given year, Kyle? Aren't we always finding ourselves in a revenge game against Georgia?

Yes but there comes a point in time where enough is enough.

This game has all the makings of an upset.

Off topic but:
Death
Taxes
Reds beating Houston (No trash cans allowed in Cincinnati-Since MLB didnt punish the Stros for their cheating by taking away their WS trophy, the Reds have taken it upon themselves to bash their brains in on the reg (tonight will make 8 straight wins over the cheaters) to the tune of a 9 run 1st tonight. But I digress. Solider on friend.)
Make it nine straight over the Trash Can Bangers.
Reds refuse to go down without a fight.
Thats 4 straight and all over 1st place teams.
Lowder is a 22 yr old Phenom.

I realize we can't be looking ahead, and we can play anything but our A game. I don't think Lex or Athens has much effect on the outcome, everywhere is loud. I agree with turnovers.

I gave my reasons why I think UGA wins and was fair in talent comparison I think.

Hey Grumpy, what are ya'll hearing down there about Trevor Etienne? Is he still suspended this week or is he making his debut?

Kirby is ultra secretive. We never hear info about anything like that, we didnt know he wasnt playing Sat until just before the game. We aren't playing an SEC game this week so he isn't required to submit that info to whoever gets it. This is just me guessing, he is to be suspended 10.2% of the season, so I am guessing he sits a quarter, maybe a half and get him some touches. But that is me thinking out loud, he may start or sit the entire game. If he is out,

So I should probably play Frazier over him in my fantasy league then.

Dang man, you putting pressure on me, I don't want to give you bad advice. Frazier has better speed than Etn. Against TT he might be the way to go with Etn playing. Best back we signed since Swift.

Yeah I have both, I assume Etienne is the way to go if he's not suspended, but Frazier looked dang good against Clemson, stud in the making. Which is why I try to get Georgia RBs in that league, because it feeds the pro fantasy too, so I had Todd Gurley since his freshman season at Georgia all the way til the Rams cut him.

Gurley was a different animal all together. Hershel had world class speed at 220lb but basically no wiggle. You got your shot to tackle him. Gurley on the other hand was 240 lb with the vision and cutting ability of a scat back and fast enough to be on our 18 and under national track team as a hurdles. Why he wasn't rated very high he spent the summers running track in Europe as a HS kid.

Good luck on your games this weekend, I hope I haven't messed it up.

Wyle, posted this evening Etn is expected to play this weekend. Hope this is in time for you to adjust.

after watching what UGA did to Clemson unless Brock is an Elite QB we have zero shot.

I think I’d consider Malaki Starks to be a star on the defensive side of the ball. Lol

Oh I mess it up plenty myself, I just knew you followed the Dawgs really closely, so I was hoping more info may have snuck out that Fantrax and ESPN don't have. All they say is Etienne may be suspended for more than last week's game but they don't know.

No, our front 7 is elite, our secondary is still a question mark. Southern Miss hit some big plays and just missed a few others. So until I see the secondary shut someone down, I still have questions.
Fair enough but you cant get better than zero points allowed.

He is a good player, but we always have a good S or 2 and easy to just expect it.
He is a GREAT player. He’s the best safety in college football. Anyway, just wanted to point out that it isn’t exactly a ‘nameless’ defense as I felt was implied. There are a bunch of talented guys though.

Yes but there comes a point in time where enough is enough.
Florida was at what 31? And you think that 14 is some kinda magic number?
I hope you're right and I'll humbly eat my crow if it happens.
Love the optimism, that is if you didn't sunshine pump predict 40-0 every year or something silly, I see it's the same on the football discussion.

Top 25 if you beat the hell out of South Carolina. If you can somehow get past Georgia you'll be like dude said number 17 or so
