Louisville finally recovered from Stockholm Syndrome, Jurich and Pitino being the primary offenders, although the fan base should also blame itself.
Most people with sense have been saying for 10 years that U of L doesn't realize its own worth as a top-10 program. They let Pitino and his ego take them hostage.
Their occasional wild self-aggrandizement belied an inferiority complex that made them think that they could never attract a top-notch coach if it wasn't Pitino.
Looks like they finally woke up. I hope they lost a lot of the trash / bandwagon segment of their fan base along the way.
The U of L fans I grew up with and who are now middle-age were always sensible and smart, and didn't like the way U of L treated Crum and bent over for Pitino.

That is scientific enough for me to make broad generalizations about the entire fan base.

So you’re saying the player at the free throw line did one of his only 3 options, pass, dribble or shoot? Solid breakdown.
I think he was implying that when you flash to the middle of a zone, it depends on how the defense reacts, and based upon that reaction, you choose one of those 3 options. For players to recognize the correct option in a half second relies upon solid coaching, again, what Wayne was implying.
Example: if the zone collapses in to the weak spot where the player catches it, you can kick it out for an open three. If the spacing remains, shoot the ball. If they come up on you, drive and get fouled.

2 combines and then you’re done. So he can go again this year but if he does, he pretty much can’t come back unless he feels he’ll for sure get drafted next year. I think he’d be best served to skip this year, as they already know his capabilities athletically, show improvement and then go again next year. He won’t likely do better at the combine than last year.
