GYERO

I’ve got a dog. It’s a 10lb Yorkie mix that takes giant dumps that get stuck on the long hair around her asshole. So a few times a year I gotta go out into the backyard and hold her up with one arm (ass towards me) and take a pair of shears to her to cut the giant golfball sized dingleberries out of her butt-hair. Meanwhile she’s actively trying to bite me while I balance said shears mere inches away from the main arteries in my forearm. I don’t wish death on her, but I do take comfort knowing she won’t live forever.
OK, just so we all understand...for the rest of the year, aside from the times immediately after you do the above unenviable task, your dog sits around the house leaving sh!t flakes all over the place from the oversized dingleberries around her butt?

No, she usually just drops those immediately prior to me realizing it’s “that time” again. Honestly she’s a really good dog most of the time. The haircut I give her asshole usually keeps her clean for months. It’s awkward looking and I’m sure she’s embarrassed by it, but it is what it is

Teach her to wipe her ass, scoot on the ground or something. Maybe get a set grooming clippers, the only worry is, if it pulls the matted, dry shit, she will yelp a bit. The actual term for it is Pseudocoprostasis. Vets warn NOT to use scissors, use grooming clippers.

Teague & Lamb starting a new show pod. Looks like first Epidide drops tomorrow. ☺️

D Lamb liked my comment asking for a Richy P cameo so fingers crossed.

Jeff Teague is an incredible podcaster. Truly one of the funnier real players I've listened to.

D Lamb and Marquis feels like a perfect IG podcast where I want to hear the highlights but not sure how a full episode would go.

How are you really so bad at this?

- I think JD Vance and Rogan could talk for a full day on podcast and it would be a good listen. Vance is such a smart guy. He must have got that from his time in the hills. Trumps last hour was by far his best hour. The first half an hour or so was rough.

Amazing how the trumps and the rogans are considered right wing now. Both are super liberal. Much more liberal than I am and I hold some socially liberal positions myself.

This isn’t a pro or anti Trump post. Just like the last one wasn’t. Can’t believe clown of all people took it the way he did. RIP

- Irish, I’m not the school board guy that’s lowerlevelseat or whatever his name is and it’s usually about FCPS. There are more kids in one of those schools than there are in the entire school system here.

- I know some of you elite individuals have gotten into this new bootleg streaming game. My neighbor is selling it and I currently have no live TV provider. I inquired yesterday. $30 a month and $5 for each extra tv. Every channel. Every ppv. Porn.

Seems too good to be true. May give it a shot for basketball season

- Halloween always means chili for us. It rained here so we were limited. My little girl (10) and two of her buddies were neon hippy construction worker looking things. Creative. Little boy (8) was a blonde hair blue eyed black panther. By far his favorite super hero. White washed. Only two sweet tart between the two. No nerds. Make America great again.

- Ja Morant doing Ja Morant things. Good to have him back without his stupid distractions. Crazy to think he is still only 25 as it feels like a lifetime ago he and Zion were drafted.

- The list of baseball free agents is LONG. Hopefully the cubs go all in on Soto, but if not there is plenty of help for a team that needs it to get over the .500 caliber lull they’re in.

- Final stretch of new build to get the C.O. Hardwire the range/microwave and put on some entry door hardware.

Then do some drywall patch work and fix a scratch spot on the floor at our existing house.

Sign paperwork, and finish moving. So glad I got the clutter moved already and we are down to main furniture only with 10 days to do it.

- Bullitt County schools are something. Small town so you bump into people everywhere, including teachers. Well to hear these teachers tell it they needed this 6 day break for voting. That’s right yesterday, today are off plus the weekend and Monday/Tuesday.

6 damn days after only two weeks ago they just had fall break!

So I can’t help but thank the lord for Thanksgiving and Xmas around the corner as these teachers are STRESSED tf out!

Talk about unaware.

- Bourbon bust is real. But that only really impacts the out of nowhere sourced brands, like myself, that never put in place a a way produce. Considering it’s been reported Old Carter is selling and showing 80% profit margins I think some eyes have been opened causing buyers remorse too.

Good thing I have began to get new production started already as that will be the only way to survive.

- Based on what I’m seeing at work we are about to get another construction boom.

- UK football, I’ll watch but I’ll be looking for anything else to distract me. Split screen options are just bliss.

- Flagg is legit, but I’ve seen a lot of 18 year old get handled by grown men strength over the years, thanks Cal.

Am I the only one thinking guard the others and let Flagg try to beat us 1 on 5?

Go cats!!!

Old Carter sealed bid sale is gonna tell you something about the market. The purchase includes a monster stock of mature legacy distilled barrels and their beautiful tasting room on Market St.

If I only had a nickel.

It’s a divorce settlement. So any bids are basically driving up one sides buyout unless it’s so much that they both walk.

But if neither remain with the company then the blending they are so good at is gone and they better hope those legacy barrels are worth every penny as Castle and Key was producing their new make I believe.

- Vern, ya got me. What I meant was can he beat us by himself ie he can get 50 if we lock up everyone else successfully. I know you know what I meant even if it wasn’t what I said.

You should probably be blaming the Bullitt County Clerks Office for not finding places for early voting other than schools.

After years of seeing our "DIAPER DANDIES!" (TM) get handled by grown men in early season games, I'm quite happy the tide has turned on that.

This time, there's more pressure on Duke than on us. Looking forward to seeing what our guys can do, and I feel pretty good about it.

As someone mentioned earlier in the week, our coach is a genius, or close to it. I don't anticipate that he'll be outsmarted by anyone else, and I don't give a F where any of them got their degree, Scheyer included.

Losing to Duke bc they simply have more talent than we do is a lot
more palatable than having equal talent and getting boatraced bc our head coach was too busy being cucked by a bunch of AAU pimps and letting our program become the Maury povich guest of college basketball

This definitely wasn't the sentiment on 4/11/24, as the GYERO archive reads. Good lord, you all were blistering him. There isn't enough crow to go around now.

* Got on the elevator in the parking garage next to the Hilton downtown this morning. A very old dude was holding his wife's hand and wearing an oversized flatbilled, shiny chrome UK hat and smiling ear to ear. Dude had to be in his 80s wearing a hat that Bieber would wear.

Cracked my shit up. One of those Today is gonna be a good day moments.

* Trying to organize a group outing in your 40s is an effing disaster. Currently trying to schedule a camping trip next week with about 7 guys. Of course everyone has little league, soccer, etc schedules so finding a time is a bitch.

One friend is trying to schedule a zoom session to talk it out. 🤮. Zero chance I ever do a non-work related zoom.

* Beating Tennessee and losing to Murray State would be the most Mark Stoops outcome imaginable.

Hope he does it for his mom. Can't imagine coaching an SEC rivalry game on a day after my mom passed and before her funeral. Dude should get credit for that, imo.

* While the resident running kweer contingent may think buying a generator is a "vanity" project, I love it. I love when people take responsibility for their own issues. Just moved into a new house, so after we get settled in I will be in the market for a security system, generator, etc. I already keep a fire extinguisher and first aid kit in my kitchen, etc.

Basic dude stuff.

* This is easy since Pope hasn't lost a game yet, but I'm perfectly at peace with my basketball program for the first time in 3,499 days.
