krazy, I love you, man. But you do realize this number is about to absolutely bottom out through the basement floor and to the core of the planet…right?- #23 recruiting class with loads of youth on this team is promising.
If Stoops keeps Wolford then that will tell me everything I need to know.

I wouldn’t be surprised if every recruit we have decommits at this point.
(Not to mention losing all of the halfway decent players we already do have to the portal.)
Sweet. I see a lot of noon and 745 start times on SEC++++.Going to be elbow room as far as the eye can see, at Kroger Field next Fall.
Well there was reason to believe the same last year as he accepted the A&M job, and it didn’t happen.
If there is anything Stoops does right it’s getting/keeping players.
I understand your point and would normally agree but I haven’t seen a motivated Stoops in 2-3 years so I’ll hold on to hope until he leaves.

I'll respectfully disagree. This season, on the surface, could appear to be an anomaly, an outlier. But if you look deeper, it's the trough of a fairly obvious trend. Add in the fact that we're on probation, and that Stoops couldn't pack his bags FAST enough after the season ended last year, and that is all the evidence I need to see.
He needs to go. And the longer we wait, the more difficult the next coaches job gets.
I have many questions - but I'm afraid they're not particularly good ones 'cause I don't know how the process works or what UK stakeholders think about Stoops
Technically, UK could pulse certain coaches for potential interest without forming a formal search committee - right?
Man - maybe that offensive coordinator fbat went to the NFL twice?
Offer him the head position?
I would otherwise agree with with you if we were some deep south school with all kinds of oil, gas, and chicken money…but we ain’t.Stoops whole “I KNOW EVERYONE WANTS ME TO QUIT BUT IM NOT GOING TO” bullshit was just a last ditch effort to goad Mitch into firing him. He has zero intention of coaching a single game again at Kentucky. He’s using us as hostage victims to get $44M out of our state university. F him.
